Your food may still be in the process of being prepared. This can happen if you have a large food order, or the restaurant is experiencing a large volume of orders.

If you haven't received your order but the Tealive Delivery Partner has completed the order status, please check if the food is being dropped at the lobby or drop off points. Else, please report to us immediately via Tealive Help Centre, your missing order will be refunded. In case your order is wrongly delivered, we help you to arrange for a refund.
