It may be possible to cancel if your order DOES NOT REFLECT these statuses yet:
- Your order’s in the kitchen. This means that the Tealive outlet has already started preparing your order.
- Out for delivery! This means that your delivery-partner has already picked up your order from the Tealive outlet.
Please contact us immediately via Help Centre if you wish to cancel your Order if outlet not yet accepted your order.
